Moma, who was named MVP of the championship match, passed the ball to her teammates.

Hyundai E&C won the Dodram 2023–2024 V-League Women’s Championship (best-of-three best-of-five series) against Heungkuk Life 3–2 (22–25 25–17 23–25 25–23 15–7) in the third game of the best-of-five series at the Samsan World Gymnasium in Incheon, South Korea.

In this match, Moma scored a whopping 38 points to lead her team to victory. With 37 points in Game 1 and 34 points in Game 2, Moma totaled 109 points in the three matches.

For his performance, Moma was named MVP of the Championship. In the journalists’ vote, Moma was the best player of the championship with 25 out of 31 total votes.

Speaking to the media after the game, Moma said, “I feel very good. I’m proud and happy. I don’t have any tears right now, but I might cry later. Like (Yang) Hyo-jin said, no one picked us (to win the title), but we fought as a team and won,” she said.

Every match was close, going to a full set. “It was hard, not just for me, but for everyone, because it was the final and we had already won two games, so we had to give it everything,” said Moma, who was happy that “as usual, we won in the fifth set.”

Moma, who has been playing in Korea since the 2021–2022 season, has always been considered a weakness due to her small height of 184 centimeters. However, Kang Sung-hyung chose Moma in this season’s foreign player tryouts.

In an earlier interview, Kang explained why he chose Moma, saying, “We didn’t have any major injuries, and when I looked at our (attack) success rate and overall scoring power, I 메이저토토사이트 thought it was a good fit because of our height. I thought it was an advantage, not a disadvantage.”

When asked to praise his coach, Kang Sung-hyung said, “He is very passionate and patient. His calmness helps us on the court. There are quite a few stressful situations on the court, but he shows calmness and gathers (the players) together, showing a positive attitude.”

“Being MVP of the championship match was one of my biggest goals this season, so I’m very grateful and happy. The truth is, I couldn’t have done it without the help of the coaching staff and the players. I think the teamwork of the players is what made this trophy possible,” he said.
